Prof. A. Narasimha Alse was born near Bangalore, India in Udupi (Coastal Karnataka). A renowned Astrologer by profession A. N. Alse was awarded "Jyotish Visharad" by the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (R) ICAS. He has been associated with ICAS and its founder president Late Dr. B. V. Raman (Editor of Astrological Magazine) in India. Presently, Prof. A. N. Alse, Chapter Chairman of ICAS of Bangalore Centre-II and Senior Faculty Member, also at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore.

SPARTA, New Jersey May 30, 2008 -- Emryn International today announced it will launch a new exhibition featuring Laurie Harden's art in the Lake Mohawk Gallery. A reception with the artist will be held on June 7th, 2008 12-6 PM at the Gallery.

Laurie was raised in Morris County, New Jersey. She attended Kansas City Art Institute, majoring in painting. In 1973 she transfered to the Island School of Design in Providence where she graduated with a BFA in 1976. She has continued to study painting and pastel while working as a freelance illustrator. Some clients include the Ladies Home Journal, Redbook, New York Daily News, New York Times, Antehnum Books, Harper and Collins, Grasset and Dunlap, Globe Fearon Publishers, Dell Magazine Group and American Lung Association.
